Jones Lang Lasalle UBS Financial Services Multi-Floor Fit-Out
Kanta Electric performed electrical infrastructure and interior fit-out services for multiple UBS trading and financial services floors at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, one of Midtown Manhattan’s premier Class A commercial office towers located within the Sixth Avenue corporate corridor.
Executed within an active occupied high-rise environment, the project supported interior modernization and operational infrastructure requirements for UBS financial services and trading operations. The assignment required careful coordination within live tenant spaces supporting active business continuity, trading activities, security-sensitive operations, and ongoing building functionality.
Understanding the Site and Challenges
Kanta’s scope included electrical distribution modifications, branch circuitry installations, specialty cabling systems, low-voltage coordination, lighting systems, device installations, and tenant-focused infrastructure improvements supporting modern financial services workplace operations. Additional coordination involved phased scheduling, integration within existing building systems, and execution within occupied corporate office environments managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
1285 Avenue of the Americas is recognized as one of Midtown Manhattan’s established institutional office towers, serving major financial, legal, and corporate tenants within New York City’s commercial core.
