Lenny Harrington serves as General Superintendent for Kanta Electric Corp., overseeing field operations, workforce management, project execution, safety compliance, quality control, and project delivery across the company's portfolio of public and private sector work.

With more than 35 years of electrical construction experience, Lenny has successfully led large-scale field operations on some of the New York metropolitan area's most complex and high-profile projects. Throughout his career, he has managed workforces exceeding 400 electricians and overseen electrical construction programs with annual values approaching $100 million. His project experience includes the Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center, The Frick Collection renovation and expansion, NYU Langone Health, LaGuardia Airport, Moynihan Train Hall, Verizon, Morgan Stanley, American Express, and numerous other institutional and commercial facilities.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and commitment to mentorship, Lenny works closely with project management teams, foremen, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
